Terrible stay! Rude, gross and no hot water at all.

This was one of the worst accommodation experiences I've had. Can't say I liked anything about this place. A seedy little sex hotel that is over hyped and over promised on booking.com with it's room description and photos. The hotel didn't even have hot water!

I'd been traveling all day and had a flight early the following morning, all I wanted was a hot shower and a bed. The room has no hot water at all for the entirety of my stay, in the middle of winter that is unacceptable. When I asked the staff member on the desk, he just kept telling me to "wait" it will heat up. I ran the water for 45 mins straight for nothing. The staff member then just ignored me, wouldn't even come to the window to discuss my issue, just layed in his bed and yelled at me saying to wait, wait. Incredibly rude. What's more, the whole place smelled of cigarette smoke and fairly certain there was remnants of bed bugs on the sheets, little brown/red dots on the sheets. Though no bites in the morning thankfully.. This 'hotel" was atrocious, the staff incredibly rude and the place was pretty disgusting. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE.

Good, but wouldn't come back

The room was exceptional, huge room, massive comfy bed with a great duvet and view on the 7th floor. Awesome shower and heated toilet! The bath is very big and there's air con

The receptionist was very creepy and unhelpful, we extended our stay and on the day we were supposed to check out, even though we extended he cut off our power and our air conditioner stopped working halfway through our stay and it got very warm at night, can't leave the window open because of mosquitos and yet again he proved unhelpful and couldn't fix it for us. Also very far away from anything, only 1 bus into town every 15 minutes, even less frequent on weekends for some reason. Will take you 30 minutes at least to get to town and at least 1 hour to get to any tourist attractions from here. Also read a few reviews during our stay and saw one about a camera in the room!! I didn't find one but that was scary for us knowing we could be being watched sleeping and showering . For the cost of transport, you may be better staying elsewhere and paying a bit more for the hotel

Awesome stay!

It was nice, clean, and the person at the front desk was very helpful and kind! O the day we left it was raining so he gave my friend and I umbrellas to use even though we weren't going to be able to come back, it was very thoughtful. The bed was very comfortable, at night the room was very dark whih was great for me because I am a sensitive sleeper, bathroom was huge and it had a bathtube! Over all it was awesome and we really enjoyed our stay. We would 100% stay here again!

It was ok and big enough good for price

It met my expectations talking money wise. Now they need someone that speaks other languages. Also in the deecriptions of rooms it says there is microwave and stove burners but there is not. Also no bath towels in rooms.

There is not much to say about it .

There is not much to say about it . The fact that it was near industrial area there is not much to see and experience. We need to ride the bus and travel 15mins to get to the nearest market and restaurants. The attendant was accommodating and speaks english well.

The fact that it was far from market places or attractions in Busan was a bit frustrating. It was an induatrial area meaning mostly what is around was trucks, mechanical shops and cargo ferry. It was far from market places and restaurants. There was no breakfast and no way to cook breakfast. It was far from the city were the usual attraction for tohrist was located.

A five-lemons hotel

The location is great -- close to Gimhae Airport and cross the road to the beautiful cherry blossoms in the Samrak Eco-Park.

The man at the reception should be sacked. He refused to check me in when I arrived at 10:30 PM. He said check-in time closed at 6:00 PM. This is a ridiculous policy! Besides, in my booking, I had already stated that I would be arriving at 10:00 PM. I had to stay in another hotel for the night. The next morning, I went back again to check-in. The man had placed a baracade and a ladder in front of the main entrance to make it look like the hotel was closed for renovation. Late in the afternoon, he removed them and I tried to check-in again. He denied that I had a reservation, even after I showed him all the details of my reservation with Booking.com. Never have I been denied a room with a Booking.com reservation. This was the first time!!!! Guess what else? The address they have given us is false. I cannot read Korean, but even two taxi drivers couldn't find its location! I found the hotel by walking around the area, using Google mapping.

Room is comfort with large bathroom, fridge, bed and television. They provide clean towel everyday and bathroom with bathtub.

Our level is so dark. Staff can't speak English. Motel too far from public transport and we have to walk over 10-15 minutes to bus station. They also ask for pre payment and very harsh. I hope some staff can speak English and provide iron for customer. Confuse whether is Airtel or U Motel. Other than that, we enjoyed stay at Airtel.

My stay at Airtel was ok

The place is better than most people say. The guy who helped me couldn't speak English but was very kind. The was a lot of stuff in the room including dryers and coffee. Loved that and it was very cheap

I thought someone would come clean the room but nah. Couldn't fill the bath tub with water because it drained on the bathroom floor and everything got wet.the location is not good, there are no restaurants or taxis nearby
